1. What R&B Ready sells
R&B Ready sells non-exclusive licences to use digital instrumental music produced by Elijah Melo. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the beat or its underlying copyright. Your selected licence tier and the licence document supplied with the files determine the formats and usage limits included in your order.
2. Ordering and payment
Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply currency conversion or card fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; R&B Ready does not receive or store your full card number. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud concern, or unavailable product.
3. Your licence
You may use the beat only within the limits of the purchased licence. Producer credit is required where stated. You may not resell, redistribute, register, or claim the instrumental itself as your own work. Any third-party samples that require clearance remain the buyer’s responsibility unless the supplied licence expressly says otherwise.
4. Digital delivery and refunds
Files and the applicable licence are delivered digitally to the email used at Checkout. The delivery timing, cancellation conditions, and remedies for missing or defective files are set out in our Refunds & delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you. You may not use the site, previews, files, or licences unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the service, or use payment details without permission.
6. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&B Ready is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights elsewhere.
