1. Information we collect
When you purchase, Stripe provides us with order information such as your name, email address, payment status, transaction identifiers, and the licences purchased. Our servers also create essential session cookies and may record technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and security logs. We do not receive or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use this information to operate Checkout, deliver files and licences, answer support requests, maintain order records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. Who processes it
Stripe processes payments and Checkout data under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics processes website usage data to provide audience and performance reports. Our hosting and database providers process the information needed to run R&B Ready. BeatStars-hosted media and artwork may receive ordinary browser request data when you load or preview a track. We disclose information to authorities only when legally required or when necessary to protect customers and the service.
4. Cookies and retention
R&B Ready uses cookies and local browser storage for site security and functionality. We also use Google Analytics, which may use analytics cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser details, and approximate location. We use these reports to understand and improve the site, not to sell personal information. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Order records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and applicable accounting or legal retention periods.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. Some order data must be retained where the law requires it. Send privacy requests to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity first.
