Digital delivery
Beat files and the selected licence are available on the payment confirmation page and sent to the email address used at Stripe Checkout after payment is confirmed. There are no shipping charges or geographic shipping restrictions because the products are digital. Check your spam folder, then contact us with your Stripe receipt or R&B Ready order reference if the delivery email has not arrived within a few minutes.
Cancellation before delivery
At Checkout you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends once supply of the digital files begins. If you contact us before digital fulfilment has begun, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. This does not affect remedies for faulty, missing, or misdescribed digital content or any other statutory rights.
Missing, defective, or incorrect files
If files are missing, corrupted, or do not match the licence purchased, contact us within 14 days. We will first provide the correct replacement. If we cannot deliver the purchased product within a reasonable time, we will issue an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Email [email protected] with the purchaser’s email address and order reference. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
