Digital delivery
Beat files and the selected licence are delivered to the email address used at Stripe Checkout, normally within two business days after payment is confirmed. There are no shipping charges or geographic shipping restrictions because the products are digital. Check your spam folder, then contact us with your Stripe receipt or R&B Ready order reference if the files have not arrived.
Cancellation before delivery
If you contact us before digital fulfilment has begun, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once supply of the digital files has begun, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Missing, defective, or incorrect files
If files are missing, corrupted, or do not match the licence purchased, contact us within 14 days. We will first provide the correct replacement. If we cannot deliver the purchased product within a reasonable time, we will issue an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
How to request help
Email [email protected] with the purchaser’s email address and order reference. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
